Steve Schoeffler

As Senior Vice President of Eclipse Advantage, Steve interfaces with client prospects to help them gain understanding of their labor & recruitment strategies. With over 20 years of industrial staffing experience, Steve has partnered with many of the nation’s largest companies to assist them in establishing successful labor solutions.

Prior to joining Eclipse Advantage, Steve was a cofounding partner of OTS Holdings, a privately-held, full-service management company specializing in workforce management solutions and temporary staffing service for the property management and light industrial segments. In 1999, Steve cofounded On Time Staffing, a company that worked with clients who utilized industrial staffing on a large scale. Steve was also responsible for the formation of People Logistics in 2015, a company providing consultative services surrounding Industrial Labor Strategy / Solutions.
