As a Regional Operations Manager, Melissa Diaz is a key player in the expansion and development of On Time Staffing. By improving operational processes, she promotes excellence, assures compliance, and increases cost-effectiveness.  She joined the company in 2017 as a recruiter and has proven her value and expertise as she mastered each position held, exceeding expectations while raising up new leaders.

Melissa holds her team and superiors in high esteem and is always ready to jump on board the latest project or on a plane to support and train other site staff to reach excellence.  Her accomplishments are gained by her excitement to learn new skills and incorporate fresh ideas as she ensures long-term success for the business.
