SVP, Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mark has oversight of all On Time Staffing operations across the Southeast, Central, and Southwest regions. Mark brings with him more than 25 years of experience as a transformational, creative, and energetic senior executive with a record of success building and leading people-centric, performance driven sales, delivery and operations teams.
Mark attended the University of Hartford where he earned his degree in Business and Public Administration. Shortly after graduation Mark began his career in the staffing industry. He joined Aerotek and quickly earned the opportunity to be part of leading Aerotek’s launch into the light industrial space with its operating company, Onsite.
After 12 years with Aerotek, Mark transitioned to Employbridge where he spent four years in a Vice President role. Mark then joined the Fluor Corporation as Director of North American Operations for its staffing division, TRS Staffing. Mark spent the most recent 10 years with Belcan (now a Cognizant Company) as President of their $175M workforce solutions business unit before joining On Time Staffing in 2025.
