As the Director of Learning and Engagement, she is committed to helping individuals develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence. She is known for her ability to connect with people on a personal level, enabling her to tailor her training and development programs to meet their specific needs.

Kayla's expertise extends to a wide range of areas, including leadership development, employee engagement, instructor-led training, and more. From previously running a 360-recruiting desk, to developing onboarding programs and curriculums for both national and global organizations, she runs the gamut of communication and facilitation. She has a proven track record of creating highly effective learning programs that have led to measurable improvements in employee performance, productivity, and satisfaction. She is passionate about working with individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels, while striving to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences.

In regard to passions outside of work, she's what you may call a "serial-hobbyist"... fully engrossing herself in the hobby of the moment, learning everything she can, as fast as she can, before moving on to the next shiny new activity. Most recent hobbies include: fly fishing, needlepointing, and running marathons!
